Rohmir’s SS15 collection hit the Fashion Scout
runway in spectacular style on Day One as designer Olga Roh
showcased her luxuriously feminine take on Scottish style. Staying true to her
signature style of pleats and clean silhouettes, Roh’s collection ‘A Scottish
Journey' encapsulates a feeling of tradition and femininity.
Captivating, glamorous dresses are constructed in gold and orange tweeds and tartan takes centre stage in a collection which truly exudes elegance and an air of nonchalance. Stunning silk blouses contrast with heavy tweeds as traditional fabrics collide all in keeping with Rohmir’s signature style. Vibrant jewel tones in pink and blue provide a contrast to Roh’s otherwise neutral colour palette, whilst bow detailing and sequinned fringe dresses add elements of glamour and frivolity to this collections timeless luxury.
Silhouettes are sleek yet feature voluminous draping, folds and pleats, all resemblant of the Scottish sash. Belts feature heavily throughout 'A Scottish Journey' with them being replicated in a graphic print across garments and layered and printed chiffon, ruffles and ruching bringing a much expected opulent aesthetic to Roh's collection.
