Tobefrank designer Frank Philips’
collection showcased this afternoon at the Freemasons hall. Inspired by Charles Dickens novels, the
original gentleman and the branches of her family tree which are a beautiful
blend of upper and middle class lifestyles.
The first model came out wearing an open
black suit jacket revealing an array of tattoos from the neck down and walking
with a captivating presence that grabbed the audiences attention straight away.
Models were swinging bunches of flowers by their sides as if they had been
walking in a field and plucked a bunch as they walked by.
A wool hat and hand knitted oversized
jumpers featured as well as buttoned up shirts in subtle block colours. A couple
of thin, short chained necklaces were also spotted over the collars to add
depth and diversity. Overall a variant and insightful collection.
