For S/S 10 Harriet’s Muse presented their ‘Come Fly with Me’ collection over a row of mannequins. A sultry brunette model and ethereal blonde posed for photographers amongst the designs with Victorian styled side chignons to set the mood.
The collection followed on from last season’s with a slightly more serious tone, unlike the playful previous collections. Duo Craig Spellar and Cheryl Partington gave their modern monochrome designs a Victoriana feel by adding artistic hot-air balloon motifs to a Vivienne Westwood-esque sundress, handkerchief skirts and a maxi-dress.
There was a punk feel to the presentation with their signature chevron corset belts, this time in black leather and a cropped black leather biker jacket with various cream block stripes, which were teamed up with a pleated black knee-length skirt, adding a fifties feel to the look.
Jumpsuits with a wrap-around neckline and aertex trim added the glamour feel to the collection along with the charcoal grey chiffon shirt dresses.
Outfits were accessorised with irresistible tutu bags and oversized leather bucket bags. The bold collection had all the hallmarks of Harriet’s Muse and their mischievous minds.
