Like a ray of light on a cloudy day, Hermione de Paula’s collection played with stormy greys and charcoals, lightened with bruised purples and dusky pinks. The Central Saint Martins graduate understood the idea of ultra femininity with lightly floral patterns adorning the floatiest of fabrics.
As the music intensified, so did the colour palette. The shades of purple got stronger, and a striking black and white outfit crossed the boundary from greyscale into monochrome. Carefully positioned gold chains and lace crowns ensured de Paula’s woman wouldn’t blow away with the breeze.
